Donor recognition

Reaching new heights together.

Every pint counts — and some of our neighbors have given gallons. The Northern California Community Blood Bank honors repeat donors as they cross each gallon milestone, because it is their steady return visits that keep our North Coast hospital shelves stocked all year long.

Faces of the milestone wall

Recognition looks like our neighbors.

Donor recognition is not a plaque in a hallway — it is the people who keep showing up at the Eureka donor center, aboard the Bloodmobile, and at community drives from Del Norte to southern Humboldt.

How recognition works

Every gallon is tracked for you.

You never have to keep score. Our donor records tally each donation, and when you reach a gallon milestone our team lets you know and adds your name to the New Heights honor roll.

  • 8 donations = 1 gallon

Whole blood donations are one pint each — eight pints make a gallon.

  • Milestone recognition

Pins, certificates, and a spot on our honor roll at each new gallon level.

  • Group & workplace awards

Teams, schools, and first-responder crews are recognized for drive participation.
